PRIVACY SUMMARY

TTTRN-powered apps are built around radio listening, not personal profiles.

Most TTTRN-powered station apps do not require listeners to create an account. TTTRN does not sell listeners' personal information and, unless specifically disclosed by a particular app, the apps are not designed to track users across unrelated apps or websites for advertising.

Individual radio stations may publish their apps through developer accounts they own while using TTTRN technology, APIs, hosting, and publishing support.

TTT Radio Network, operated by TTTRN LLC ("TTTRN," "we," "us," or "our"), provides technology and mobile-app services for internet radio stations and broadcasters.

TTTRN-powered mobile applications may be branded for and operated on behalf of individual radio stations. Depending on the app, the station may publish the application through its own Apple Developer or Google Play developer account while using TTTRN technology, hosting, APIs, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use a mobile application powered by TTT Radio Network.

1. Information We Collect

TTTRN-powered radio applications are primarily designed to provide live radio streaming and station-related features such as:

Live radio playback
Now-playing information
Recently played tracks
Station schedules
Podcasts or recorded programming
Song requests
Station websites and social links
Direct contact options such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp links

Most TTTRN-powered applications do not require listeners to create an account.

Unless a specific application clearly states otherwise, TTTRN does not intentionally collect names, postal addresses, payment information, contacts, precise location, or other sensitive personal information directly through the app.

2. Streaming and Technical Information

When you use a TTTRN-powered application, your device may communicate with TTTRN servers, the station's streaming server, hosting providers, content-delivery services, or other technical systems required to operate the app.

Those systems may automatically receive limited technical information such as:

IP address
Device or operating-system information
Connection time
Stream requests
Basic server logs
App configuration requests
Playback or network-error information

This information is used to deliver the radio stream, maintain service reliability, troubleshoot technical problems, protect systems from abuse, and operate the application.

TTTRN does not use this technical information to personally identify individual listeners unless necessary for security, legal compliance, or service protection.

3. Remote App Configuration

TTTRN-powered apps may retrieve configuration information from TTTRN servers so that a station can update certain app content without requiring a new app-store release.

This may include information such as:

Station name and branding
Colors and artwork
Stream information
Schedules
Contact links
Social-media links
Feature availability
Station website information

These configuration requests may generate ordinary server logs, including IP addresses and request timestamps.

4. Song Requests and Direct Contact

Some station apps may allow listeners to send song requests or contact the station.

If you voluntarily submit information through a request form, email link, SMS link, WhatsApp link, website, or similar feature, the information you choose to provide may be received by the individual station or by the third-party service you use.

TTTRN does not control information you voluntarily submit directly to a station or to an external communication service.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

TTTRN-powered applications may display, retrieve, or link to content and services provided by third parties, including:

Live-streaming providers
Music metadata and album artwork services
Station websites
Social-media platforms
Podcast content
Email services
SMS services
WhatsApp
Apple services
Google services
Other external websites or station-selected services

When you open or interact with a third-party service, that provider may collect information according to its own privacy policy.

TTTRN is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

6. Individual Station Operators

TTTRN provides the technology used to create and operate station-branded mobile applications.

An individual station may own its app-store developer account, station brand, programming, listener relationships, websites, social accounts, and other external services.

A station may have its own privacy practices for information it collects outside of the TTTRN mobile application platform. Listeners should review any privacy notices provided directly by that station when interacting with station-operated websites, forms, contests, promotions, or external services.

7. Personal Information and Advertising

TTTRN does not sell listeners' personal information.

Unless specifically disclosed within a particular application, TTTRN-powered apps are not designed to track users across unrelated apps or websites for advertising purposes.

If a future TTTRN-powered app introduces advertising, analytics, account registration, personalized services, or another feature that changes how user information is handled, the applicable disclosures and privacy information will be updated before or when that functionality is introduced.

8. App Store and Device Services

Apple, Google, device manufacturers, wireless carriers, and app stores may independently collect information when you download, install, update, purchase through, or use applications on their platforms.

Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and is separate from TTTRN's handling of information.

9. Children's Privacy

TTTRN-powered mobile applications are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Radio programming and music available through individual stations may vary. Parents and guardians should determine whether a station's programming is appropriate for younger listeners.

If TTTRN becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected through a TTTRN-controlled service in a manner that should not have occurred, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

10. Data Security

TTTRN uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the systems used to operate its mobile applications.

However, no internet transmission, computer system, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention

TTTRN retains technical logs and other operational information only for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

Providing and maintaining the service
Troubleshooting
Security
Fraud or abuse prevention
Legal or regulatory obligations

Information submitted directly to an individual station or third-party service may be retained according to that station's or service provider's own policies.

12. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests

Because most TTTRN-powered apps do not require listener accounts, TTTRN generally does not maintain a listener profile that can be deleted.

Requests concerning information collected directly by an individual radio station may need to be directed to that station.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

TTTRN may update this Privacy Policy as its applications, features, technology, service providers, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
