Can my app include schedules, song requests, podcasts, and DJs?
Yes. Your app can connect listeners with station schedules, song requests, hosts and DJs, podcasts, recently played music, Now Playing information, and other features when those modules are enabled for your station.
Will the app show what song is currently playing?
Yes. The app can display Now Playing information from your station along with available artwork, and listeners can also review recently played tracks.
Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes. Your station uses its own Apple Developer and Google Play developer accounts for publishing. This keeps your app presence connected to your station while TTTRN provides the app-building workflow. Apple and Google review apps under their own publishing requirements.
Do I need a new app-store submission every time I change station content?
Not for normal station content that the app reads dynamically from TTTRN. Information such as supported station content and configuration can be updated without rebuilding the entire app. Changes that affect the native app itself may still require a new build and app-store submission.
How much does a branded radio station app cost?
A branded mobile app has a one-time $149 build fee with the Professional plan and is included with the Exclusive plan. Apple and Google developer account fees are separate.
